"The Court of Conciliation and Arbitration within the OSCE, which has its seat in Geneva, was established in 1995 by the Convention on Conciliation and Arbitration within the OSCE (Stockholm Convention) in order to settle, by means of conciliation and, where possible, arbitration, disputes which may arise between States Parties to the Convention. To date, 34 States have accepted the jurisdiction of this Court.

"Grains of Peace is a Swiss NGO with an international perspective, founded in 2005 in Geneva. Its areas of expertise are peace education, peace culture and intercultural understanding. "The Convention on the Prohibition of the Use, Stockpiling, Production and Transfer of Anti-Personnel Mines and on Their Destruction is the cornerstone of the international effort to end the suffering and casualties caused by anti-personnel (AP) mines. The Convention was adopted on 18 September 1997 and it entered into force on 1 March 1999. As of 1 January 2014, 161 states had joined the Convention."
