A family of Syrian refugees arrives in Arsal, Lebanon, after leaving Yabrud 6 hours earlier, 17 February 2014. Thousands of Syrians have crossed the border into Lebanon following an offensive on the city of Yabrud. UNHCR registered over 800 families on February 17 alone and has been disributing aid to thousands of new refugees.
