"The Global Cities Hub (GCH) aims to facilitate relations between cities and city networks around the world and the various institutions in International Geneva, including the United Nations Office at Geneva, UN agencies, international organizations, NGOs, diplomatic missions, civil society, and academic institutions and actors. The GCH will link local authorities to International Geneva, and different urban actors to each other, via the networks of Geneva-based organizations."

FIDIC, the International Federation of Consulting Engineers, is the global representative body for national associations of consulting engineers and represents over one million engineering professionals and 40,000 firms in more than 100 countries. The buildings and infrastructure sector in which FIDIC members work contributes around US$36trillion to global GDP.

The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) is the institutional representative of more than 45 million companies in over 100 countries, and is based in Paris. The ICC was created in 1919, and has Permanent Observer status at the United Nations.
