The Global Commission on Drug Policy was established in 2011 by political leaders, cultural figures, and globally influential personalities. The Commission currently comprises 27 members, including fourteen former Heads of States or Government. Our mission is to promote evidenced-based drug policy reforms that also encompass issues of public health, social integration and security, with a strict regard for human rights. 

"The Alliance for Health Promotion, established in 1997 at the 4th WHO Global Conference on Health Promotion in Jakarta, is an international NGO, in Official Relations with the World Health Organization, in Consultative Status with ECOSOC and registered with the State of Geneva since 2008. ILEP (The International Federation of Anti-Leprosy Associations) is a federation of autonomous anti-leprosy non-governmental organisations, which are supporting medical, scientific, social and humanitarian activities for the relief and rehabilitation of persons affected by leprosy. Their approach is holistic and based on the human rights of all those affected by this disease.
