Federal Department of Foreign Affairs - Permanent Mission of Switzerland to the United Nations Office and to the other international organisations in Geneva

The Permanent Mission of Switzerland to the UN and to the other international organizations manages the status of international organizations and representations and of their employees, including domestic staff and families. It also performs all tasks specific to multilateral diplomacy, in the same way as other UN member states, and thus represents Switzerland's interests. The Mission is particularly active in the areas of disarmament, humanitarian issues, human rights and specialist organizations.
