L'oeil de la Genève Internationale
July 2018

The Open Living Lab Days Conference (OLLD) is the annual meeting of the European network of Living Labs (ENoLL), the global reference in open innovation.

The 9th edition will take place in Geneva and is co-organised by Genève Lab, HES-SO and the University of Geneva. A living lab is where the private sector, academia, public institutions and civil society can come together to test new services, tools or practices in real-world situations, moving research out of the lab and into everyday life.

The 2018 conference will focus on the Sustainable Development Goals, divided into 5 topic groups:

- Quality education
- Sustainable cities and communities
- Industry, innovation and infrastructure
- Clean and affordable energy
- Health and wellbeing

Participants can experience the Living Lab approach through 20 workshops on issues closely linked to the SDGs. Join Michael Møller, Director-General of the United Nations Office in Geneva, Nicholas Niggli, Director-General of Economic Development, Research and Innovation for the Canton of the Geneva, and many of the top experts in Europe to learn about international open innovation strategies in the context of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development!

With more than 300 expected to attend, the conference is also a fantastic opportunity to network with local and international actors in the field.
