The 21st Meeting of the States Parties (21MSP) to the Convention on the Prohibition of Anti-Personnel Mines starts today, 20 November. Through the lens of gender and employment, climate change and environment, humanitarian demining, and reinforcing financial, technical, and human resources, 350 representatives of states, IOs, NGOs, members of affected communities, and survivors of anti-personnel mines will meet and take stock of progress and challenges in mine clearance in 33 States Parties.
