From 31 March to 1 April 2022, the Swiss Confederation invites you to be part of the first International Cooperation Forum on climate change. Governments, scientists, academics, international organizations, businesses, experts from food systems, energy, health, natural resources management, and finance will gather to find concrete solutions to combat climate change and its impacts on sustainable development.

IP is a critical incentive for innovation and creativity, which are key to the success of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations. Appropriate IP policies, an effective legal framework, robust enforcement mechanisms are crucial elements of the innovation ecosystem that enable a nation to achieve these goals.||In this session, we will discuss IP enforcement as a tool for sustainable development, focusing on SDGs relating to health, industrial innovation, well-functioning infrastructure, reduced inequalities and justice.
